NOTE: This is for one modification of one lamp. If you are ordering multiple lamps, each with modifications, then select the corresponding quantity of mods. for the quantity of lamps you are purchasing.

TIP: When measuring for fixture lengths, think in terms of distance from wall (or ceiling) to center light bulb. For fixtures with multiple lamp sockets, measure from center light bulb to center light bulb.
