Most of our fixtures are fully customizable to meet the individual needs of our clients. We can change fixture dimensions, materials, finishes, cord colors, etc., so feel free to contact us with special requests.
Shipping & Processing Times
All orders generally ship within 10 business days. Large orders may take a bit longer, but we strive to get everything out and into your hot little hands as swiftly as possible.
Much thought and effort goes into every one of our products and we stand by their quality. If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, please don't hesitate to return the item(s) to us within 7 DAYS of receipt for a full refund. Barring item defects or gross misrepresentation in the listing description, shipping costs will not be refunded for returned items.
Bulk orders totaling more than 5 fixtures will incur a 10% restocking fee if returned for reasons other than damage or defects. Customized fixtures can not be returned. We will, however, gladly make further alterations to customized pieces to suit buyer's needs. Additional customizations may incur additional fees.
DW Vintage has many customers around the globe, and international buyers are always welcome. Unless otherwise stated, our lamp cord and UL Listed sockets are all rated 220V, 250W, and are fully compatible with foreign electrical currents. The lamp cords, however, come standard with American style wall plugs which are not compatible with most international electrical outlets. Thus, unless otherwise specified, lamps will ship overseas with the wall plug removed.
Please note also that our light bulbs are rated exclusively for 110v and ARE NOT COMPATIBLE with most international electrical systems.
